I think it is very healthy to spend time alone and to understand what it feels like to be in your own space.

If you learn to really sit with loneliness and embrace it for the gift that it is… an opportunity to get to know YOU, to learn how strong you really are, to explore just how amazing you are, to depend on no one but YOU for your own happiness… you will realise that a little loneliness can go a long way in creating a richer, deeper, morevibrant and colourful YOU.

The WORDING of “loneliness” is only a judgement which society has created as a label to be a negative experience.

Spending time by yourself, and getting to know yourself is the most wonderful journey…
