And at the end of each practice, we say “Namaste” to join us together as one, honouring the love we have for ourselves and each other. In the practice of Yoga the ultimate aim is one of self-development, self-realisation and internal cleansing.
Yoga is not about being flexible. Each person’s practice is an individual journey based on what they are feeling, and experiencing in that moment.
Transformation occurs so much when going internally as the fixed mind has the space to surrender and triggers an expansion in the consciousness of the heart and body. Yoga allows the opportunity to help you to be open in a safe environment to FEEL your emotions and move through them without judgement.
